The HAMPER sweetstake is open to anyone living in the UK ONLY

1. The competition will be run on a monthly basis.
2. Entries will be cleared and the competition will reset itself at midnight on the last day of every month
3. Multiple or Duplicated Entries during a single month will be deleted
4. Winners will be restricted from entering again for a period of 12 months
5. We reserve the right to alter the contents of the Hamper subject to stock availabilities
6. We do guarantee that the contents will be worth a Minimum of £150 at Recommended Retail Values
7. Employees and agents of Best Imports Ltd. and their immediate families are excluded
8. Initial Winners notification will be by EMAIL. It is crucial that entrants supply a valid email address
9. Winners will be requested to & must contact our offices by phone prior to delivery for verifcation & security reasons.
10. Delivery will be by courier therefore entrants must supply their correct & full address & postcode. Incomplete entries will be considered void.
11. Sweetstakes open to UK residents ONLY (England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands and N.Irleand)
12. Jelly Belly will identify all WINNERS on this website once they have been notified

Hamper entries submitted between 1st May & August 15th 2010 will automatically be entered into the "VIP Trip draw". The lucky winner of the VIP trip will be notified the week commencing August 15th 2010. Hamper winners are notified monthly as usual.

The decision of the judges is final and will not be entered into

3. Entering the monthly Hamper competition* on this site will also automatically enter you for the VIP Trip prizedraw
4. Closing date for entries midnight August 15, 2010.
5. One prize winner will be picked at random by computer during the week beginning August 15, 2010.
6. The first prize is a VIP Trip to London for two adults
7. The prize will include One Nights luxury twin or double room accommodation plus breakfast for two adults at the 4 star Millennium Mayfair Hotel The prize includes dinner for two adults at The Ivy Restaurant (up to £150)
8. The prize includes return private transfer from hotel to The Ivy in a luxury car
9. The prize includes £100 towards travel and spending money
10. The prize is subject to availability
11. The prize includes a Jelly Belly hamper
12. The runner up prize is a digital camera and a Jelly Belly hamper

The Hamper draw and the VIP Trip draw are two separate competitions running independently of each other. However to make things easier, entering one draw automatically enters you into the other, although winning a hamper does not mean you're necessarily the winner of the VIP trip! The lucky winner of the VIP trip and the runner-up will both win a Jelly Belly Hamper. The winners will be chosen from ALL bona fide VIP Trip AND Hamper entry submissions accepted between May 1st 2010 and August 15th 2010 inclusive and notified the following week.

By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the conditions. The judge's decision shall be final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into. The Winner will be notified in writing / by phone / by email within 28 days of the closing date. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternatives will be offered. If the prize stated is unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be supplied. Only one entry per household is permitted.
