Very boring but very important!

The JB monthly Hamper Sweetstake draw and The Beaches Resort Holiday draw are two separate competitions running independently of each other. However to make things easier, entering one draw automatically enters you into the other, although winning a hamper does not mean you're necessarily the winner of the Beaches Holiday!! The Winner & the Runner up of the Beaches Holiday trip will each win a hamper though.

The sweetstakes is open to anyone living in the UK only.

1. The competition will be run on a monthly basis.
2. Entries will be cleared and the competition will reset itself at midnight on the last day of every month
3. Multiple or Duplicated Entries during a single month will be deleted
4. Winners will be restricted from entering again for a period of 12 months
5. We reserve the right to alter the contents of the Hamper subject to stock availabilities
6. We do guarantee that the contents will be worth a Minimum of £150 at Recommended Retail Values
7. Employees and agents of Best Imports Ltd. and their immediate families are excluded
8. Initial Winners notification will be by EMAIL. It is crucial that entrants supply valid emails
9. Winners will be requested to & must contact our offices by phone prior to delivery for verifcation & security reasons.
10. Delivery will be by courier therefore entrants must supply their correct & full address & postcode. Incomplete entries will be considered void.
11. Sweetstakes open to UK residents ONLY (England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands and N.Irleand)
12. Jelly Belly will identify all WINNERS on this website once they have been notified
13. The decision of the judges is final and will not be entered into

The Beaches Resorts holiday winner & Runner up will be chosen from ALL bona fide Beaches AND JB Hamper entry submissions accepted between 1st November 2011 to 28th February 2012 inclusive and notified the first week of March 2012. (Hamper Winners are notified monthly as usual).

Closing date for entries is 28th February 2012.

The first prize winner and runner-up will be picked at random during the first week of March 2012. Multiple or Duplicated Entries will be counted as a single entry.

Initial Winners Notification will be by EMAIL. It is crucial that entrants supply valid email addresses.

The holiday prize is courtesy of Beaches Resorts and includes one 7-night holiday for two people to any a Beaches resort of their choice in Jamaica. Accommodation is in a deluxe room and flights are included.

Flights provided are from London Gatwick are in economy class and are subject to availability. Resort transfers are included, but domestic transfers, including any flights to London, are not included. Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.

Flights are economy class and are subject to availability. The prize cannot be taken during peak seasons (Easter, July, August, December and New Year) and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure.

Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airlines.

Beaches Resorts reserve the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative Beaches resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.

The prize is strictly non transferable, non refundable, and is subject to Beaches normal terms and conditions.

The prize must be taken before 31 December 2012.

There is no cash alternative to the prize & spending money is not included.

Prize winners must be over 18. One entry per household. ATOL protected 2538. ABTA V2043.
