Not
only is The Ant Bully a funny and touching movie that you
will ABSOLUTELY love, everyone watching it will recognise some of
the important anti-bullying
messages that are part of the story and the all important lessons
about compassion, friendship and teamwork. The UK’s largest
anti-bullying charity beatbullying has teamed up with the award winning charity Beat Bullying and Warner Bros. to produce a set of online learning resources
inspired by the film, which they have made available for every primary
school in the UK. The charity is urging schools to harness the children’s
interest in the film to teach valuable anti-bullying lessons. Children
from participating primary schools log on to the website and complete
a set of interactive learning games that develop their emotional
intelligence and empathy. Once completed the pupil becomes an Antbassador.
The Antbassadors are identified by their badge which is awarded by
the school and is basically a commitment to make schools a safer
place for everyone. An Antbassador is a very important role and will
teach children the value of being there to help and support those
around them, including teachers, friends and family. For more information
